I imagine you would objectively be even more diappointed in a President that sat on his ass and cringed while a bunch of Mullah driven kids took and held our embassy in Tehran for more than a year and then pulled our Olympic team out of 1980 Olympics to put his foot down over Afghanistan..

Or the Pesident that let the 1993 WTC bombing, the Kobar Bombing and the Cole bombing basically as a 'ho hum' but was all over the Branch Davidians and the Tulsa bombings.. and when the going REALLY got tough he launches a strike against a tent complex in Afghanistan, an aspirin factory in Sudan and attacked (once) Saddam for still having WMD - all curiously stimulated by Impeachment hearings for lying to a Grand Jury.

And you contrast Bush to those two clowns how?

The Dems have given you great role models on how to manage power - NOT -Truman was the last one that had balls bigger than peanuts.

Nope... I'm not a Dem, I'm for the Afganistan War and Iraq War 1..

I think a lot of the problems were having is because of Clinton's inaction.

I agree 100% and I'll add Bill was worse than a waste--- he was dangerous. He tried to please too many people. He wanted to be loved too much.

My Hillary fear is that voters will try to appease any sociological guilt they possess by voting for Hillary/Obama.

"I'm a good person, I drive a Prius and I voted for a woman and an African American."

Like many politicians, she spouts what (she thinks) her followers want to hear.

Vote with your brain, not your conscience!

A thought... maybe she'll try to prove how macho she is by slamming Iran!

Yes Churchill had balls I would agree to that. And Hitler had only one. But Basket remember in having balls. Churchill at times had to stop rubbing his and trying to impress others with his scrotum size. He wasn't always right Basket is what I am saying. And if Churchill was forever scratching his Nut Sack. When exactly did he find time to go to the Houses of Parliament

I'm with you 100%. We worry about how we treat our prisoners. They just cut off their heads. Some of the prisoners have never had it so good. How about a surge of 200,000 and let the generals end this thing. Strength is the only thing our enemies will respond to. Wake up America!

At the same time I respect Bush for being the only man in the world (along with Tony Blair) who had the balls to stand up and do something about Iraq and other spots in the Middle East and the rest of the world.

Therefore I am lukewarm about the man. I dont like him but at the same time I have respect for him.

I just hope it does not get worse in 2008...
This is pretty much what I was thinking too...

But I'm about 25 miles too far north to get a real vote!

I'll just say i believe Iraq #2 was not necessary..... and anyway Bush f#cked it up in a big way.
I will not go any deeper than this so don't read anything into it.

Your opinion and you are entitled to it. I have just found that a lot of people that have not been there have the same views on Iraq as you do.

The Churchill thing is that for one moment he did his duty. sometimes you have to. but historically he was all over the place but for one moment he was spot on.

I was against the current Iraq war from the start because I believed no good will come from it. You can either disagree or agree but I haven't changed my mind on this issue.

There was an interesting programme on tv on the planning of the war. The military side was planned but the occupation planning was either a shambles or non existent. The British and some American Generals were pushing for an answer that never came.

A good example is that the Iraqi admin staff would be back at the desks next day. But because of the looting...all the offices were ransacked and everything stolen...and so any form of admin was impossible...and there was no attempt to stop the looting.

i don't mean to slam you but were you there? because i was, i did 2 1/2 tours over there and we DID try to stop the looting but it was almost impossible. it's really easy for alot of you armchair generals to sit back and comment on everything because you saw it on t.v. , but for those who had their boots on the ground it is a whole different story you really don't know the facts, just what you saw on the news..............my 2 cents
