Country: | I don't know SbW. What do you make of it. Seems like a mishmash of video archives with no rhyme nor reason. Bush has his gaffs. And the man is not articulate like Tony Blair. But he is a man of conviction and does not wave with the political wind.
And that has been a bit of fresh air even though the Admnistration has made some mistakes. And in my opinion the biggest mistake was changing their position from not 'reacting' to the press, to being reactive and indicating weakness. I loved the Bush presidency the first 3 years. They did what they felt was right and completely ignored the press and protagonists.
They should have kept that up.

Country: | I'm not sure if it praises Bush or criticizes him.

Country: | Like I say. A poorly produced video that makes little point of anything. So what is your position SbW? How have you formulated your own opinion of Bush. No harm, he's on his way out. What is your ranking and why?

Country: | I think he has convictions. I was too young to vote for him before, but my family did. He does seem down to earth, and cares about the issues he fights for.
I think he believes he can bring good to Iraq, and his goals are not really "oil." I mean, everyone sure isn't grateful to him for that, since gas prices are high. He still hopes Iraq will be a democracy, but I don't know if it will work out. Pakistan is failing as a democracy, and Iraq may turn out the same. I'm not quite sure what to think of his new Palistinean/Israeli peace talks. I imagine he hopes it will bring peace, and maybe dispell his image as a war President only. But is he on the side of Israel or Palestine?

Country: | Pakistan a democracy? Where did you hear Bush pronounce that goal. Pakistan is ruled by a tyrant in Musharraf. His Junta imposed military law and he has kept his country placated with an implied threat since Musharraf was also the military supreme commander or some such nonsense. Only recently has he acquiesced the military commander rule as leader. However his country is a quagmire of religious factions, tribes and political enclaves. And most believe that Osama is hiding in the hinterregions in relative obscurity.

Country: | Yeah, I know it's a mess. But Bush, I think, and the US still regards Pakistan as some sort of friendly nation. I thought we supported them.
Maybe I'm wrong.

Country: | You are right, Bush does. But Musharraf is certainly flawed to a significant degree. This is where you have to make political decisions that are not black and white. Welcome to politics. Musharraf is a piece of $hit. However, the religious factions in his country taking over his position is 1,000 worse. So, do you prop up Musharraf and tolerate his behind the scenes support of Al Qaeda or depose him and support a new regime that supports Al Qaeda overtly and seeks our destruction?
These are the types of questions that you must ask yourself when on the world front. And they are not easy questions.

Country: | The Bush Admin is re-examineing its support of Pakistan, especially after sending several billions dollars in the last few years.
Its a weird video and I agree with Matt. No ryme or reason.
Of course I would make one for the Clintons.
Tune would be "I believe I can Lie"
clips from Whitewater, Mogadishu, Bosnia, laughing during the funeral, Monica, Jennifer, "Whats the meaning of Is?", etc.

Country: | I think that should be the (inter-) national anthem of all politicians.
I choose not to vote, it only encourages them. |
