Country: | No, nothing like this.
I try to eat healthy stuff (vegetable, fish, less meat) but unfortunately my day rythm is unregular so when I come home I'm hungry and overeat myself which isn't the best thing you can do.
And concerning alcohol consumption, I never throw up and my body can handle really a lot of alcohol so I usually drink so much that when I'm drunk it's already morning, which is even a worst thing to destroy your body than the first meal one... |

Country: | Dont take me wrong I get drunk to every once in a while, but drinking to feel "feel something" or just to get drunk, just does not appeal to me anymore.

Thats not something to joke about, My good friend jeff, drinks on average, goes through about three bottles of Rye, and a two-four of beer, A DAY!!!!!
Its not funny, hes such an Alchoholic that chances are that if he were to try and quit drinking he would die from withdrawl.

Country: | What is CPR?
You're talking about intoxication, right? I mean that you really gotta be a life-drunktard to die from quitting alcohol... |

Country: | Well I had also a few cases of alcoholism in my family (two not very close relatives died because of alcohol). But because they DIDN'T quit, not because they did.... |

Country: | Well the reason quitting can kill you ( this is only if you were a hardcore drinker) is because alcohol is known as a "depressant" it slows all of your body functions most notably heart rate, when alcohol has left your system your body will immediately start speeding up again, and if you have been a heavy drinker your heart might not be able to maintain this new speed and give out on you like mine did, not to mention I was on stimulants at the time as well.

Country: | The benefits of quitting will definitely outweigh continued heavy drinking. In severe cases of abuse, medical monitoring is a good idea, especially if it is a long term case.
And for the record, I am 8 years sober.
