Country: | They are saying now that the appeals court will probably not rule on the verdict until mid january and then the 30 day clock will start. It looks like he will live a few more months.

Country: | Today I said goodbye to two guys I have worked with for 25 years, and
they are going back to Iraq for tour number 3 supporting AH-64...In good
company as Ft. Hood shakes out any last warm body available. But now I am
definitely worried. I joke about wanting to get tickets to Saddam's
necktie party, but in fact it may well be a short fuze with a country wide
explosion. You can't contain that many people who don't care if they die. |

Country: | That is scary. Hope that doesn't happen. But I wouldn't bet against it.

Country: | Worse than not caring if they die is not caring how many innocent lives they take in the process...

And the appeals court is a new thing. Under the old leadership it was a tad different.

Country: | It does rain quite a bit in January in Iraq. I had a river running through my tent, so I guess you can say he will be swinging in the rain!

Country: | I just found that last post there by Gnomey to be a bit erotic....

Gnomey keeps extra lumbricants around if he needs them in a "pinch"?

Country: | I'm still struggling with a lumbricant is. At first I thought it was an innocent typo. Then I see it repeated. Erotic lumbricants. Sounds like Tolkien.

Country: | I didn't mean it in any erotic way but you can interpret it in many different ways...
