Country:  | It will be trout and kebabs on the BBQ tonight for me. Trout for me, kebabs for the wife. The one thing that is "not right" with my wife is she doesn't like trout!  It's okay though, more for me!

Country: | I just ate my steak rare. Man was it good. A 2lb Porterhouse marinated with Montreal Seasoning, Red Wine, Italian Dressing and Garlic Salt. Man it was good.

Country: | Here is a shot of last night's masterpiece. My wife steamed up a couple of artichokes and her killer dip and we feasted. This is a big trout, that's a 12 inch dinner plate.
