Country: | I hate pull-ups! I used to be very good at it (I used to make 10-15, depending on my fitness level) - now I can do hardly 5 |

Country: | I hate push ups also. I used to be very good at them until I tore my whole shoulder up and had to have reconstructive surgery and now have permanent pins in my shoulder. OUCH it hurts now when I push ups.

Country: | Do crunches. Crunches are better for toning your stomach than sit ups.

Country: | Its an exersise. Similar to a sit up but you dont go all the way up to you knees. In crunches you work your ab muscles by clenching your muscles by coming up slightly off the ground and holding it for about 2 seconds and then releasing. Do about 5 sets of 15 a day and in no time your stomach will be toned out.
