Deelen Wolves-Fw 190 with Checkerboards

Hey folks,
for my reserve project i need informations , images, profiles about the Fw 190 from JG1 ( called Deelen Wolves ) with checkerboards on the engine cowlings.
There were from EagleCals, but now they are out of production.

So any help appreciated

Nice work Wojtek! I think I have some pics, but I need to figure out a quick way to get them off a PDF file onto the forum! There should be a pic near the begining of Muller's '190 thread which I posted, showing a FW190A after a landing accident. The caption in the book says Arnhem - this might mean a forced landing away from the airfield, or at Deelen, near Arnhem.

You are correct Terry. The crashed Fw 190 was the "white4".

Concerning the pics from PDF file.Look at the top bar of the Adobe Reader ( if you use the application for PDF file reading) There you will find a camera icon.Click it and then mark with a mouse a pic or area you are interested in.Of course you can use magnifying firstly to make a pic better seen. Then go to Irfanview and start it without opening any pics. Then hit "Ctrl and V" keys together to past the pic into the program. The next step is to save the pic on your HDD but I'm sure you know how to do it.The saved pic you can upload here to the forum.

And here other one of JG1.

the last image's spinner-prop has a yellow tip. have seen the original color WW 2 film of this bird while visiting Jerry C. in Montana this last year.......very interesting colour footage; A/C is RK winner Lt. Anton-Rudolf Piffer of 2./JG 1

suggest trying to find Tom Tullis's work on this very I./JG 1 unit, he did quite a few checkers. this was on Hyperscale.com web-site in 1999.

Wasn't there a thread around here of someone that was doing a print called "Deelen Wolves"? Might have some more images there.
