It was lighter and therefore could be driven harder into the corners and with 400+ horsepower on tap it was quite quick out of the corners as well. Their weight bias was so much more equal that they were much easier to drive and handle. It's the horsepower of the larger 427 cars that holds the glamour.

Like I said, the GT 350s could out handle the the KR500s on the more technical courses. Now, if the course was fast, with a few long straightaways, it could be a whole different story.

Ooo, not sure of his name. He's got a packet of them he brings to meetings. He's got another, a Spitfire. They are of real nice quality, not an amateur at all. Did the original as a commission I believe.
