| B-29 Cockpit Dimensions needed Hi guys, I work for Radical 3D in Venice, CA. Some of you may be familiar with our TV show "Dogfights". I need to build the cockpit (front pressurised compartment) for a B-29. I've found plenty of reference photos but no plans or dimensions. Planning to go out to March Field ARB next week to take a look at their B-29, but in the meantime I'm stuck. Could anyone supply me with any basic info? If, for example, I had the basic width and height of the pilot and co-pilots instrument panels, I could extrapolate the other dimensions I need... Many thanks for taking a moment to read this and for any help anyone can offer. Simon |

| Your best bet is to go out to March. I don't know if Boeing could help you, you might contact someone at Witcita. Where you might get a good drawing that would be used to build an RC model is Cleveland Models. This might be a start. Cleveland Model & Supply Co., Inc.Model Airplane Plans

| They (March Field) are busy prepping for a big event this weekend, so I guess I'll have to hold off until next week. No luck at Cleveland, they have only a small sport scale B-29. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll have to learn some patience. Or maybe I'll just PLAY patience. Cheers, Simon |
