| Comparison of P47D and Bf109G schematics Greetings I am new here and I thought I would share some diagrams I edited. I gathered these schematics from links on this site and the data from Wikipedia. Then I edited the two together. I was shocked to realize how great the difference in size is between these two rival warbirds when compared to each other! | The Cavanaugh Air Museum at Addison Airport in Texas has a 109, P47 and Spitfire. The Spit and 109 are about the same size. I saw the Spit and P47 side by side and the Spit looked like a toy becuse it was so much smaller. |
