This was done by the famous wartime artist James Ckark He only had scant information at the time. The wings and forward of the fire wall are completely wrong but the fuselage is pretty spot on compared to photos when the He100 was in construction.

The fuselage in this drawing does resemble that of the He 100, but the wings are those of the He 112 B, complete with bombs. All Mr. Clark had to work with were publicity photos and drawings, and the belief that the he 100 was an advanced subtype of the He 112. The internal structure is completely imaginary, if not to say a bit silly. Note the "superstructure" where the canopy was faired into the tail.
