Country: | Hey but we still play the game Gnomey and part of that game is to put it on you English types when and where we can, You do the same to us Aussies so its only fair turn around Gnomey. One thing we know Gnomey English supportors are not above taking the piss especially of us. So what do we do but turn around and put it right back at you. Its part of good sportmanship Gnomey any way. Unfortunately some on both sides takes it to far and becomes serious to the degree of gamemanship and bad manners Gnomey. Which I feel you would agree with me on that. Hell if we lose the World Cup this year it isn't the end of the world for us. It just means the rest of the Cricket Sporting Nations have caught up with Australia and I wonder why it took so long for those other Nations to do it |

Country: | True. Big shock yesterday, the Irish beat the Pakistani's thus knocking them out of the competition. The day before Hershal Gibbs hit 36 of an over against the Netherlands for the first maximun in international one day cricket...

Country: | Yep, Pakistan's loss to the Irish was a shock, but not as big a shock of Bob Wolmer dying after the game.

Country: | Yeah, that was a shock. When I first read it my inclination was that it was something to do with the results and I thought suicide but now that I have read more I can see that it wasn't.

Country: | Looks like Woolmers death may be murder according to several media sources around to world. Lets hope not, we don't need sh*t like that happening in the game of cricket.

Country: | Yeah, it is looking suspicious again. If it is murder (which I hope not) it will be interesting to see who the suspects are.

Country: | Well Aus beat South Africa by 83 runs, I was a bit unsure how this game was going to go, but in the end we smashed them!

Country: | I still think that will be the likely game in the final, with both India and Pakistan heading home. I see the Windies getting to the semi's but I don't think they are strong enough to beat the likes of the Aussies or the Springboks...

Country: | Yep. I've been up since 4:30am but am trying to stay up to watch the first innings. Should be a good game.

Country: | And will go on to claim the title again. No real surprise but you were out of form having been beaten by both NZ and us poms...
Also in the news is that Brian Lara will retire after the Windies game against England on Saturday. BBC SPORT | Cricket | International Teams | West Indies | Former greats hail outgoing Lara
