| Local sporscaster did a report on the news last night saying that the deal is done. Coach Childress, aka Mr. Noodle, is down visiting his bud Andy Reid on a fishing trip and they expect the official announcement after he comes back. Personally I could live without Favre as a Viking, but I admit I can see him filling the Stadium. I won't be watching much Football this fall anywho, too much hunting that needs to be done!

| Tomorrow, Friday July 24th is supposed to be te day Brett "I'm retired, no wait, I'm not retired" Favre is supposed to annouce his un-retirement and will play for the Minnesota ViQueens. Will wait and see if it comes true. Don't care either way, just tired of the media junk going on all spring and summer. Just nnounce and get it overwith already!

| I have heard here on local radio he has been throwing with some College or HS fella's and that it might be quite an experience for them maybe. The radio even mentioned that some pros came by to catch.I bet he's not throwing as hard as it was that time he hit one receiver in the head and he was out for 30 seconds

| In other NFL news Vick has been reinstated. Not sure if I agree with this one... Commissioner Goodell reinstates ex-Falcons QB Vick on conditional basis

| Brett, please just go away. I luv ya, but you're wearing me out! Michael Vick? Kinda surprised, but he did pay his debt to society. One thing for sure. If I were an NFL GM, I would never sign him. TO

| Part of me wants to say that he did his time and everyone deserves a 2nd chance (well almost anyone...). The other part of me says he got off way to easy because he is a celebrity. If it had been you or me, we would still be paying or doing time. I certainly would not sign him, and I hope my team does not even consider it. As for Favre, I wish he would go away as well. When he first retired, I was a bit said. I figured the NFL would not be the same without him. In my opinion he is the last of the real QB greats (Montana, Young, Marino, Elway, etc...). Now though, I am just sick and tired of it. I want him to retire and stay retire.

| I'm hoping Farve says he wants to play for the Vikings and they tell him to go pi$$ off for making them wait until the last minute with his decision!

| I think after a tryout if Vick's skills haven't diminished much he is going to be back in someones lineup. If the team that signs him goes to the Superbowl or deep into the playoff all will be forgiven, IMO. Wheels

| Why? He needs to quit while he was still on top. If he comes back and balms out the season, that is what people are going to remember.
