| 1/72 Academy SB2C-3 Helldiver, VB-20, CV-6 USS Enterprise, Oct 1944 hey folks, here's the fourth installment of my "Battle of Leyte Gulf" builds...    it's the SB2C Helldiver dive-bomber to be rendered in the colors of VB-20 bomber squadron assigned to the CV-6 USS Enterprise during october 1944... | Very nice. The detail is as good as on a 1/48th scale kit - definitely deserves to have the canopies open.

| anything to make this build interesting folks... finally decided to cut out the rear cockpit panels to show a collapsed option, styrene sheets will be used to replace the panels as the original panels are a tad thick...  |
