You might want to check these out:

    B-24D 'Strawberry Bitch'

Mike has a minimum order requirement of 20$. I was interested in something else he had in 1/72 scale, so if you want to go in on an order together let me know.

Same kit as the b24j Dragon I built.. The 4-piece fuselage sucks, and the ball turret might throw you some fits. Should build up fine though.. lots of putty!

I love bombers, 1/72 tho.. 1/48 is huge! For the bomb racks, if you intend to have the open doors, do 2 bombs on each rack as 12 isn't possible. Its weird because it says to put 3 on each one but only 8 bombs are given.

    Looking forward to this one.

I've been considering the L variant of this with RAAF decals so I'm curious to see how it goes.

Even though it is a big aircraft, the smaller scale will give you a bit of a test Dan. ...but I'm sure you will meet the challenge!

After his F4U, this will be a walk in the park, even with its tiny scale of 1/72! Better not f*ck this one up Brother, or you'll sleep in the tub/doghouse!

Yea, no sh!t..... The 1/72ns scale is gonna be interesting.... Went through the directions and the biggest issue I can see is with the glassing and canopys.... Theres like no detail inside her and I dont think any of it will be seen....

Gonna see if I can find some shots of other modellers 1/72nd jobs and confirm just how muchdetail can be seen.... Help?

You will most likely see sweet FA inside when you're done...thats the downside sometimes, lots of good inerior work which disappears when you close her up....
