I usually have good success. In this case, I typed in "sakae 12", then selected "Images".

Wiring on the Sakae engines was very simple.
Each cylinder had two plugs as a set and the backside one had an air-cooling tube led from the front.
Attached photo shows an image seeing from the bottom.

    Hello!
Thanks to the pictures I did some improvement on my engine.

Added a second row of cables

Added some more hoses on the back side, with a few cords and a bar clearly visible on pictures.

    Added all linkages between cylinders
A deviation from my rule: Tamiya A6M2 in 1:32-dscn1747.jpg

And an oil filter with relevant hoses

I know that not much will be clearly visible when the engine will be installed on frame, but I also know it's there!

Next I will have to take care of canopies and then my Zero will take its own place in the queue waiting for painting.

    Cheers
    Alberto

    Hi verybody,
I did some progress on my Zero: painted all upper and lower surfaces using the 50/50 mix between Gunze H70 and Gunze H336 for all metal parts and the same with the addition of some drops of white, black and blue for fabric.

Also scratch built the loop antenna as the one in the kit wasn't corresponding to the real.

and painted semigloss black the cowling

Next step will be cover everything with Future and apply decals even if I'vent yet decided if Hinomaru will be a decal or sprayed on. By the way, does anybody knows the exact red color to be used for the "sun disk"?
    Cheers
    Alberto
