Small dashboard from a B-17

Hello,

this dashboard with an oxygen pressure gauge and flow inficator comes from a B-17G crashed in our area. Can anyone identify where it comes from? Tail gunner comparment perhabs?

No B-17 expert here? Please someone help me...I´m in touch with a nephew of the tail gunner from this machine so it would be nice to show him this pic...

Hi seesul,

From what I read in the B-17 erection and maintance manual this is a standard oxygen station. These stations where located through out the B-17. See picture below. Your set of gauges could come from any one of these locations.

you´re right I guess, oxygen station. Unfortunately there´s no chance to identify its position in the plane and so the former end user of this unit...
