| USAAF Reconnaissance Camera Looking for technical information, manuals, information, etc. about USAAF reconnaissance cameras installed in aircraft during combat over Europe at WW2. The attached pictures show a damaged part of an cover of a certain camera. I believe that it was installed in the cockpit of a P38. There are two badges on the part. The information on them is hard ot read. So I wrote it down on a sheet of paper and took a picture. Please see attached. The part was found in Lower Austria at the crashplace of a P38 of 49th Sqsn/14th FG. Could this be part of the gun camera too? Any information please post here or send private message. Thanks for any help. Regards from Austria, Kurtl |

| It appears to be the remains of an AN-N6 Gun Camera. One on the Bell's Aviation website: ![]() All the best, PB |
