Unknown type of twin-engined civil aircraft - maybe "Impulse I-2" ????

I found on the internet an interesting 3-view drawing of a twin-engine aircraft named "Impulse" I-2. After several tries to find further info about it, I found nothing (!). Can anyone help identify it??

the numbers above:
1 - wooden spar of the wing,
2 - fiberglass skin of the toe of the wing,
3 - aileron,
4 - flap,
5 - sash-door of the cockpit (left and right),
6 - fuselage connector,
7 - fiberglass fuselage skin,
8 - dashboard,
9 - landing gear door,
10 - MP-100 electromechanism for cleaning the nose landing gear,
11 - uncompressed position of the landing gear,
12 - ground with landing gear damping compression,
13 - ground with full damping compression chassis.
