This is the best source i have...."Naval WQeapons Of WWII" John CampbellConway Maritime press, 1985

There is another page dealing with experiimental types, which indicate the the Germans were trying to develop a Hydrogen Peroxide torpedoes, including a single F5u airborned type that ran on a mixture of peroxide and hydrzine hydrate.

While all of these experimental types were big performers, none of them were anywhere near ready for action at the end of the war, and they were found to be facing immense technical difficulties of various natures when tested after the war.

The main airborne type was the F5 which was actually a norwegian type, of not particulalry high performance. The germans also used Italian airborne torps, which in general were superior to home grown german torps

During world war one and the interwar period Germany used a smaller
35cm Torpedo for torpedo bombers. It weighted in between 320 and 360 Kg, out of which about 120 Kg were warhead charge.

From about mid war, Germany abandoned self propelled torpedoes and developed the BT-series unpropelled torpedoes with very large warheads. These had the advantage of not eeing sensitiv to dropping altitude and dropping speed ut they had to be released quite close to target.
