gun to propeller synchronization systems

I'm looking for information about WII aircraft gun to propeller synchronization systems.

Main interest is about Bf 109, FW 190 and P40, but Japanese and Russian fighters would be interesting too.

A detailed description of each system would be perfect, of course, but even the kowledge of these two basic parameter:

1) Number of firing (gun triggering) pulses per propeller turn
2) Angular Amplitude of each firing pulse (in the propeller reference frame)

would be sufficent.
