 | Seeking information I'm looking for a combat or whatever history of the 2nd Beach Battalion. I am interested in this, because this was my Grandpa's unit. Thanks for any help in advance...

| Google search of 2nd Naval Beach Battalion does not give a whole bunch of information for some reason. Did bring up this link to the 4Th Beach Battalion, scroll down a little and there is another link to the 2nd, I could not open the link as it is blocked by my works server. Hope it helps, does not appear to be much written on that unit. May want to check on books that go into detail on the Normandy Naval Operations on Amazon and your local library. | Thanks man, I'll check with my Grandpa about this information. I asked for help because he has the onset of alsheimers (can't spell worth crud), and often has to stop in the middle of a story to collect his thoughts.
