Thanks V2, I was just reading about this event in history. Found out that in the last days as a stop-gap the jewish inhabitants released cockroahes with a disease against the Germans. Talk about desperate!

Good stuff. It's such a shame so few in the West know about the events of the uprising. The behaviour of Stalin was shocking even by the standards of the eastern front

I visited that museum when I was in Warsaw this spring and it's really a nice museum, definitely worth a visit.
