WW II Bomber Identification

I have a friend who's father was a bomber pilot in WWII and I'm trying to identify his aircraft so I can find a model for a birthday present. Here's a couple pictures and I'm sure this august group can identify it for me!

Thanks in advance!

You might want to know what model he flew. There are significant differences. And you don't want to get him a model with a solid nose, if he flew the glass nosed model.

If it's a solid nose, it's probably the A-20G.
