| Chico Airfest 2008 Not sure how many folks are in the Northern California area (true north), but the Chico Airfest will be September 26-27 at the Chico municipal airport. They'll have a demonstration by the Canadian Snowbirds, USAF A-10, Tim Decker in his aerobatic biplane and a C-17. There'll also be rides available in biplanes and helos. And they will have a good number of modern military & firefighting AC on static display, along with vintage: BT-13 Stearman YAK CJ6 T-6 T-28C P-51 I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, but the homepage of the Airfest is ChicoAirfest2008.
