| Senior Member | 1/48 Revell Spitfire Mk II.. She's finally done! Used some thread for the antenna wire, which wasn't too hard. Will be making a little base, will add pics of it to this thread when I get to it.

| Real nice Cory, but if I may, the staining from the gun ports is alittle too heavy and should be focused more on the very back end of the port.... I think this one is up there with ur P-61 man, great lookin crate...

| Senior Member | Thanks guys! That it is Dan, it came out pretty nice for a $10 kit and some TLC. The exhaust might be a bit heavy but ah, its on the bottom and atleast I attemped some staining instead of using the cliche 'factory fresh!'. Hopefully i'll get it right on my 1/48 academy P40c tomahawk..

| Senior Member | I'm just curious, the K on the right side of the aircraft is pretty low, is that how it's suppose to be? I am just asking, because I don't know . |

| The kind of painting these code letters is distinctive for early RAF Spitfires, I mean Mk.I and Mk.II.
