    Ahoy
One more of my !/72 collections this is a 1965 issue when it first came out of the Short Sterling Bomber the Ellephant was molded in a weird color of baby sky blue plastic. the kit was listed for $1.29 I got it at pic and save for $.49cents I built this kit in 1970 when I came home for a 30 day leave it took me off and on 5 years to build due to being the service, this is the first time scince 1975 it ever seen the light of day. it was stowed in a cardbaord box like the rest of my past builds so i have room to build and store them.

I'm a big fan of the Stirling, but strangely if I see a photo of one from the side I always feel as if it's bending towards me!
