just for anyone else who would like to do a conversion of a B17F to XB-38 in 1/72 , i thought it was 1/48

Cool, but without radials, it's not a B-17 to me. That would sound really different than what we are used to.

It looks interesting but I agree with Evan,B-17 must be equipped with radials.

Yes, that's a project I've always had in mind. I may have to build a few "out-the-box" projects still to aquire the enough experience for a project like this. Anyway that's way it ISN'T a B-17 it is a XB-38.
