Do-217 K-2

I finally finished the K-2. I've been holding up on the canopy for months. The kit is Italeri in 1/72 and it had the long wing option.

Great Job! I like the effects around the cockpit area. Did you hand brush all that?

Lovely job Ed, that canopy looks a nightmare to paint!

Thanks guys. Yes, the whole model with the exception of the undersides is hand painted. The flat black is sprayed. I use Humbrol paints and a lot of patience. The canopies are decaled. I use Scale Master stripes and Micro set and sol to set them. I don't know if its any easier but my hand is not as steady as it used to be.

Your hand might be unsteady but you did an awesome job nonetheless.
