    F4U-1 Birdcage

    Hello,
Its been a long time ... My last build, coming from the Tamiya box.
VMF-222 bird, painted with the help of a color pic and some WWII color videos for the belly wich is rather battered.
Acrylics, oils washes, and usual post shading job (never pre shading, for me). If you work with color pencil you can add some sharpness to the final look simulating small damages and scartches.
Bye for now and thanks for looking (some step by step coloring process also available if you wish...) !
