    Kamov Ka-29 "Helix"

    Russian Kamov KA-29 Naval/Assault chopper. Kit is 1/72 from Zvesda. Not a bad kit if you can decipher the instructions.(I'm still not sure about the hand holds. I think the contra-rotating rotors are awesome.

    A lot of flash and constant trimmning and fitting of parts, but all in all a good kit.No major problems, no putty ! The only thing I'd warn you about is the plastic is soft, so be careful when cutting off spurues and sanding. Decals are like Airfix.
