    ist spares part for the insignas of squadrons and stencils is tamiya kit
    for the number and lettering is aeromaster decalcs

    and the cocardes french and US insigna is a another surplus part

    I have a soft spot for the old Monogram kits and remember their P-47 very well. The mold dates from 1969, if I remember right, and had built in guns that weren't anged properly. Came with a seated pilot figure, though. You did a great job, and much better than I ever did with that kit.
