Just had a quick look on ADF-serials website and it appears there are 12 RAAF F-111's on display. Additionally, several cockpit and tailfins are also preserved. 12 out of 46 airframes is not a bad survival rate.
Don't worry, several RAAF F-111's are preserved in Oz. The RAAF even restored and gifted one to the Pearl Harbor aviation museum. Here's one I photographed in Adelaide.
This was a bad mission for 100 sqn. 10 aircraft set out to bomb Gasmata airstrip at 1500ft, 3 aircraft were quickly shot down while a 4th was written off when crash landed back at base due to battle damage. A fifth Beaufort received damage but was later repaired.

PAT303 is correct. That Seafire photo shows a P-40 89-gallon drop tank acquired from the RAAF for use with the BPF.
