Partly inspired by Elvis I shot some snaps with the phone on the way to work this year, in sunrise.

Same clock hours (more or less) but diferent light due hour change.

The ocean vastness.

Wow, those are nice, Azul.
I love sunrises. I wish I could get some myself, but that view is blocked by trees and hills.
Maybe I will find a spot soon and get some sunrise pics.

EDIT: Just remembered, I do have one sunrise picture. Taken Sept. 8, 2004, this was taken off the back of a ferry boat as we were leaving Elliot Bay.....

Yes, local as in England but why, well this site gives a number of reasons. It is a naval town and that is what I associate it with.
