Interesting article which infers that wire guided missiles were a 1970s US invention. I know the Germans used that tech in WW2 and presume other nations did as well.

I wonder what Greece would have done if their PM was assassinated by a Russian missile strike? This reminds me of our earlier discussion.

If another country targets and assassinates a sitting US President, it becomes a whole different ball game.

Greece is not the US, and a PM is not head of state, but still Greece and NATO would need to respond somehow.

It's interesting that the naval drones are operated by the HUR instead of the Ukrainian Navy, though it is mentioned at the end of the vid.

I believe that most of the early AT missiles were wire guided.

Post war, the Allies did alot of research on German wire-guided weapons like the Hs293B and X-4 Ruhrsthal.
