Going back decades, Cross & Cockade - Over the Front has discoursed on monochromatic film variations. Was Werner Voss' cowling yellow or green? Or something else? Etc etc
Some of my professional photo pals have conflicting opinions but the majority seems to be: IDUNNO.
Not very helpful but that's the gist of it!
