I found this vid and I think its pretty neat , Its the CWH Lanc departing Abbotsford BC and flying through Rockies . I wasn't happy with choice of music at 1st but on reflection its perfect

Vintage Wings Canada decided to celebrate the 71st anniversiary of the BCATP with a cross country flight to some of the former bases of their training aircraft hence the name Yellow Wings Tour no small feat when you consider the width of Canada (5000km) amd the speed of a Fleet Finch. My Dad was a civilian Aircraft engineer when they opened 9 EFTS (Elementary flying Training School) in St Catharines Ontario (near Niagara Falls) and was on the ground when the 1st aircraft arrived . As Far as I know this was one of the 1st EFTS to open. Although the Stearman had a very short career in the RCAF my dad has ties to this particular bird and also was involved in the unsucessful winter conversion of the Stearman . They were returned to the RAF for training in milder climates in the US .It took me several weeks and lots of research to get a copy of the 1st pic and it is property of the St Catharines Museum . So today I took this 90yr old ramp rat to the Yellow Wings and the dedication of the monument. Vintage Wings also took the older guys up for rides excludimg the Finch because the winds were a little high. All the old guys were trained in St Catharines
