Great work Shinpachi....and you're right I do like that front shot of the 25mm Triple mount...maybe you could add the shield as well?:D

Translation has just been completed.
Please let me attach a pdf file.

It might be useful for someone who may be interested in what kind of equipments a Japanese
submarine had in 1945.

The file in Excel format is also available if you may want to edit/correct the contents.
Please feel free to ask.

Thanks!

OK, ellis995:)

I have never imagined that the researchers in overseas are so much interested in the Japanese
weapons, air-combat tactics and inside story of ww2 till I joined this forum.

Thank you very much for your interest.
Yes, please look forward to my future contribution to you all, good friends8)
I'm so grateful.

Hi, Aaron and seesul!
Hot and muggy days continue here
How are you and your family?
I believe all fine:)
Thanks for your care.

I am beginning to believe that the periscopes for I-14 and I-402(or 400 class) were same one.
Length is confirmed same 10 meters and they were all said German-type or German-made.
There were not so many variant.

Then?
I can go forward for modelling the periscope on my 3DCG8)

Outstanding, Shinpachi!

Out of curiousity, how much did the German U-Boats influence IJN submarine designs?

I saw that the periscope was of either German manufacture, or based on thier design and that is what let me to wonder about that.
