No usually mixed with 7up but have been drinking Fresca instead,sparkling water with a splash of grapefruit in it.

Yup, Fresca is a sugar free product. Coke, 7UP, Mountain Dew etc are all poison in one way or the other to your body. One really need to read up on this disease

May sound a bit petty but I was running late this morning, jumped out of the shower, brushed my teeth, dressed and burned asphalt getting to the office.

Except I:
A. Forgot to shave
B. Forgot deodorant
C. Forgot cologne / after shave

Looks like I'll be staying in my office most of the day...
