This kit has been sitting on my bench in pieces for ages. It's pretty basic but not a bad looking little kit. I picked p this along with a 309 and 509 for $30.00.
I can't find many pictures of the real thing so a lot of it I'll just wing it.

Not sure about the camo. Insrructions show all mottled. Most of the pictures I've found show splinter with mottled sides ?

Neat. I haven't seen many photos of this bird either and not sure if more than one ever got built. Box art is a what-if for sure.

Some shots of previous work. Making the wings a bit more interesting. I hogged out the recess in the wheel bay. The wings are quite thick, almost no open space between the halves. I wanted them to have depth. I also added some ribs made with putty and some wire for hydraulic line.

Wings and fuselage. The guns on the wing both broke off. I replaced them with needles. I can get just the tips, the pointy bit, from my Pharmacy, Differennt guages and lengths and cheap ! The fuselage I added some scratch built goodies. I couldn't find any interior pics but I imagine it would be roughly similar to the 109.

Thanks.I don't get the syringe part just the needle. What do you use them for without the needle?

These syringes can be used as a feeder/dropper of the paint and thinner.

Zactly. I find the 1ml ones are really good for 1:48. Numbers....

I find that I can use each one about 10 or so times before the rubber seal starts acting up and the plunger becomes sticky. Be prepared for some odd looks as you walk through the pharmacy and parking lot with a bag or two of syringes
