A 'not so timely" update.

The project has been on hold while I get the new workshop constructed. Hoping that will be by the end of this month.
The 18ft x 20ft (5m x 6m) workshop will be a much more comfortable home!

Below, the finished HASC Holder. A few amendments were made to the form after contact from a project follower who
has an original unit. Changes include lightening hole in rear, raised area for parachute clip and full firehose flap, not part metal.
The value of "knowing people"...

Just had a long look through this thread, very nice work sir! Such a pity that the pictures are not showing in the beginning of this thread! Would love to have seen the progress! But what you have done is stunning! Nice job sir!!

Hi Darryl and everyone else!

Darryl... amazing work so far, I'm flabbergasted to see your 10 year determination and skills!
Can't wait to see the progress.

I'm working on RC aircraft and I have a 1:7 MK VIII with an 18cc 4stroke engine nearly finished.
I am completely designing the cockpit in 3D and then 3D printing everything.
I have a very hard time finding dimensions of all sorts of items, but currently I'm working on the seat + structure.
I'm looking for real life dimensions, as I scale it down to the correct scale when printing it.

Do you maybe have drawings with dimensions on all sorts of cockpit items?
If yes, are you willing to share it?

Take care and keep up this crazy project :)

Cheers,

James from The Netherlands.
