Now apply a small drop of the gloss dope into the thin hole in the middle of the stick.Then put the glassy part into that.Instead of the dope you can use the thin CA glue.But you should use a needle for applying and the drop of it has to be really very very small.Won't mess all around please.

Dope here is slang for drugs

No all is fine. Dope also is - lacquer lacker varnish.

Now cut the stick in that way , there will be left 10mm of it measuring from the painted ending.
