Update, so thanks for the input guys. PVA sounds interesting but it has some drawbacks. I'm still thinking magnets but I'm a little scared to start drilling holes in this kit at this time, I may do it later but not during this build.

Gear on and engine cowling in place, a couple of fit issues with that.

It does look quite good doesn't it?

May i ask why not drilling the holes you spoke of?
to mount the magnets I would have to drill at least a 1mm hole in the panel, which is about 1mm thick which means after moutint the magnet (1mm x 2mm), I'll have a hole and the magnet should be flush, I'll have to putty over the outside to clean that up and re paint. I'd like to work on some plastic stock and then see what I'm up against. Meanwhile this GB ends on 3 December and that is a month away. Got a couple projects to work on in GB Zombie I'd like to get after sooooo, finishing this up so I can get on with them..... and get a finish in the clomum!!!!!

Meanwhile the build goes ON and on and on.....
The prop is a four part construction. main prop and a smaller inner section and the prop hub front and aft. the aft section though not eastly seen did leave a small gap that I puttied up.
