Progress is very slow. Had to built the complete lower cowl from bits and pieces because the oldtool Dora cowl didn't fit the fuselage. The oil cooler is made from the good ol Monogram P47 cowl as I did with the V-16 and V-18.

There is much more putty and sanding in need to blend things togerther.

I puttied and sanded for days to get some shape to the bits and pieces.

Next some spray putty will reveal any flaws in sanding. I hope so!

Thousands of engravings wait to get me crazy.
