Many thanks to everyone for the compliments!

Eric, would you believe that I will actually avoid a shot if there's the probability of lens-flare? Not sure why, but I try and angle the camera to minimize it...I suppose it's a "thing"

Merv, I have shot weddings and I have shot wildlife. I have shot aircraft and autos and all sorts of other things. But nothing brings to me peace like setting up my gear in a field a half hour before sunset and being surrounded by nature.

Thought maybe it's time for a few more photos!

Sadly, there hasn't been alot of activity in the way of sunrises, sunset or even storm here right now...it's pretty much the same day in and day out, but at least I have been able to catch the few rare occasions where there was some color in the skies!

As a side note, today I went by and visited the three kittens and dang, those little rascals sure have gotten large. The little girl that we almost lost twice is no longer the fragile little "runt" of the litter. She has grown larger than her brother and sister and is the most active of them all! Anyway, I'll put up some photos I got, later on, for those who are interested and following their story.

I am glad everyone is enjoying the photos and thanks for the compliments!

And for the folks following the saga of the three little kittens, here is an update:

They are growing like weeds and the little girl (that gave us a scare a while back) is actually getting larger than her two siblings!

Here's their photos taken just this last week:

And as always, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to enjoy the photos in this thread!

And finally, the weather around here has been kind enough to give me some color!

Don't get me wrong, nice sunny days with blue skies is always welcome...but on those days, my cameras tend to sit idle (unless it's spring, of course).

So here's some more eye candy for everyone!

A little bit of Nature:
