Started New Airfix B-17G
Hesitations to order it because I still owned 3...Hasegawa , Academy and Revell...
But definitely the best one
Still on interior detailling, I understood reality is not just "interior Green"
pattern...
Far from that...
If interested I could tell you more
Christian
Any chance of a picture or two!

Nice! The Tamiya kit I presume?
I built their original kit in the '80s, and remember my dad laughing at the comment in the instructions saying to make your gun barrel look as beautiful as possible :)
(I do think it is a beautiful piece of artllery!)

Well, I think I have had enough of this Airfix P-51 kit and all
it's problematic fits, both in the kit and my own fits!
The plastic is soooo thickkkk! Too many pieces go together
and interlock. I think even my 1/32 P-40 plastic is thinner.
Why the made the vert stab separate I have no idea.
Just to F'k with our feeble minds? Yes!!!! To convince us we
shoulda bought a Tamiya me thinks!!!!!!
Building this one as "Stinky" sure fits the Bill!
:facepalm: :banghead2::banghead:
